Chester Lee Williams

Mr. Chester Lee Williams was born in Muldoon, Texas on Dec. 8, 1934 to Julious Williams and Essie Lee Jones. He was one of four children. He passed away, Jan. 8 in St. Joseph Hospital, Bellville, Texas. Mr. Williams was married to Ruther Lee Williams. He had three step children; Salina Williams, Addie Drones and Oscar Williams.

Fishing was one of his favorite pass times. Mr. Williams was a former member of the Church of Christ in Temple, Texas. He was employed with the railroad commission and later worked with the city of Houston.

His hobbies were fishing, hunting and being with his family. Mr. Williams was well known and respected by family and his community. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is preceded in death by, one son, two step children; Addie Drones and Oscar Williams, one brother, and one sister.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife; Ruther Lee Williams, one son; Robert Lee Williams, one daughter; Christina Ann Synagogue, four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Williams graveside services was on Jan. 18, at the Andrew-Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Waelder, Texas.
