City council to hold special closed meeting

The Gonzales City Council will hold a special session at noon on Wednesday, June 24, to discuss in a closed session public power utilities and contracts for electric service.

Coming out of executive session, the council has on its agenda to discuss three separate license agreements and a boundary line agreement and special warranty deed with the Gonzales Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture for a portion of property located at 304 Saint Louis St.

The licensing agreements with Anthony C. Roehr and Dana Lynn Roehr; John Edgar Mallory Jr. and Stephanie A. Werth; and River Land Holdings is related to the pending sale of land and use of an unopened street on the east side of Range No. 15, East of Water Street in the Original Outer Town of Gonzales.
