Commissioners to discuss courthouse clock maintenance

GONZALES — Gonzales County Commissioners Court is slated to receive a number of reports on Monday morning, including: the County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly Report; the County Auditor’s monthly report; the County Treasurer’s Monthly Report; and, the Pct. 3 Constable’s racial profile report.

In other business the commissioners are set to discuss and take possible action to: Approve GASB 34 Percentage of Uncollectible Methodology; approve a Business Associate Agreement between Gonzales County and Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company; approve an agreement for post employment benefits OPEB Actuarial between Gonzales County Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company; approve an interlocal purchasing agreement between Gonzales County and North Central Texas Council of Governments; Discuss with action and possible approval of Gonzales County Investment Policy update; approve a Resolution regarding designating an investment officer; approve updated Election Judges and alternates for Sept. 1, 2017 through Aug. 31, 2018 term; approving newspaper advertisement for hiring a Veteran Service Officer; discuss with action an agreement to contribute Right of Way Funds between Gonzales County and Texas Department of Transportation; discuss with action remodel for Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace; Discuss with action the approval of the final for Leesville Acres Subdivision in Pct. 4; discuss with action full time position for road and bridge crew in Pct 3; discuss with action contract between Gonzales County and Paul Neuse for Gonzales County Courthouse Clock maintenance; and, consider and approve budget amendments.

Gonzales County Commissioners Court meets 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, in the Commissioners Courtroom at Gonzales County Courthouse 414 St. Joseph Street.
