The 11th Annual Steak Supper Night scholarship fundraiser heats up again this Saturday evening at the J.B. Wells Expo Center. Anyone familiar with this event knows that it's the best meal in town while helping local students and their higher educational needs.
Single tickets are $40 and gets you one sizzling rib-eye steak with all the sides and dessert starting at 6 p.m. A live auction begins at 7:15 p.m. with enough items to break a bank. Folks can also peruse the aisles for the silent auction. Patrons can bring their own adult beverages and set-ups will be available. No alcoholic beverages are provided with the purchase of a ticket.
After the bidding excitement, some well-done entertainment by the Can't Hardly Playboys will delight dancers as organizers look to put a stamp on another successful night of fundraising.
Tickets are pre-sale only and can be purchased from any Gonzales County Go Texan committee member or by stopping by the E-Barr Feed Scale office or by calling 830-672-4555. The Gonzales County Area Go texan promotes the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo through ticket sales and show participation.
