Lady Mustangs announce all-district athletes

NIXON — Nixon-Smiley announced athletes who were named to the all-district team for District 27-3A this girls basketball season.
Named to the second-team all-district was sophomore post player Katie Tschoepe. Chaelee Mejia, Maggie Mendez, Lilliana Jenks and Faith Pullin were all honorably mentioned. Named to the academic all-district team were Maggie Mendez, Chaelee Mejia, Mayra Granados, Elizabeth Vazquez, Lilliana Jenks, Kiara Andrada and Kaytlin Tschoepe.
