Lady Mustangs split games at tournament

VICTORIA — Nixon-Smiley took two losses and a win during the Victoria Faith Academy tournament over the weekend, losing 52-21 against Weimar, losing 41-34 to the hosts, Victoria Faith Academy, then knocking off New Braunfels Christian Academy with a 62-7 rout to conclude their tournament play.

The Lady Mustangs are on the road tonight, looking to avenge their tournament loss as they take on Victoria Faith Academy again, with tipoff scheduled at 6 p.m.
