Maria De Losangeles Guerrero Camarillo, 40, of Gonzales passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016 in Arlington, Texas.

Funeral Mass is under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Gonzales, Texas and will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gonzales, Texas with Father Paul Raaz officiating. Interment will follow at Saint James Catholic Cemetery in Gonzales, Texas. A rosary will be recited at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 7:00 pm with Deacon Alfonso Moreno officiating.

Maria was born on August 25, 1976 in GTO, Mexico. She was the daughter of Antonio Guerrero and Hilaria Camarillo. Maria married Santiago Velazquez on December 10, 1999 in Delores, Mexico. She liked listening to music and dancing. She was a loving wife and mother who loved caring for her family. Maria enjoyed going shopping to buy things for her family.

Maria is survived by her loving husband; Santiago Velazquez, her parents; Antonio Guerrero and Hilaria Camarillo, two sons; Omar Velazquez and Juan Velazquez, both of Gonzales, Texas, two daughters; Vanessa Velazquez and Brenda Velazquez, both of Gonzales, Texas, two brothers; Osvaldo Guerrero Camarillo and his wife, Audelia of Arlington, Texas, Gilberto Guerrero Camarillo of Delores, Mexico, 4 sisters; Olga Guerrero Camarillo of Gonzales, Texas, Imelda Guerrero Camarillo of Arlington, Texas, Ana Guerrero Camarillo of Arlington, Texas, and Guillermina Guerrero Camarillo of GTO, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Antonia Guerrero, Martin Camarillo and Maria De La Luz Rodriguez.

Pallbearers for Mrs. Guerrero Camarillo will be; Gaspar Velazquez, Antonio Velazquez, Arturo Cordova, Juan Perez, Luis Velazquez, and Jose Romero.
