Myra Suzy (Fluitt) Heins

Myra Suzy (Fluitt) Heins, 77, of Harwood, Texas passed away on Dec. 25, 2019 at PAM-Victoria Hospital in Victoria, Texas.

Cremation Rites are under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Gonzales, Texas. There are no services scheduled at this time.

Myra was born on Aug. 7, 1942 in Kerrville, Texas. She was the daughter of Cliff and Viola (Lyons) Fluitt. Myra married James Elton Heins on May 14, 1979 in Luling, Texas. Myra had a green thumb when it came to raising flowers and vegetables in the garden. She liked to crochet and knit for her family and friends. She liked reading and read books about various subjects. Myra enjoyed riding around in the car out in the countryand enjoying the beautiful sites.

Myra is survived by her loving husband of 40 years; James Heins, two sons; Michael J. Slaskey of Whitney, Texas, Charles D. Slaskey and his wife, Felicia of Yoakum, Texas, and eight grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; Cliff and Viola Fluitt, two sons; Clifton D. Beasley, and Keith Slaskey.
