Robert Blake Boysen

Robert Blake Boysen, 95, of LaVernia, passed away June 23, 2017.  He was born December 7, 1921, in Wilson County, TX, to the late Carl Christian Boysen and Anna Turk Boysen. Robert married Doris Nell Sawey in Seguin on August 16, 1949. He worked for Southern Pacific for 35 years.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Doris Boysen who passed away in March 2017; parents; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

On Tuesday, June 27, 2017, a visitation will be held from Noon until 1 p.m. with the funeral service following at 1p.m., at Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale.  Interment will follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Poth.
