Robert Stephen “Bob” Peck

Robert Stephen “Bob” Peck, age 76, passed away Sept. 23, at his home in Smiley. He was born June 4, 1941 in Wheatland, Missouri.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Nancy Todd Peck; and his wife, Florence Peck.

He is survived by his beloved companion, Linda Warzecha; his children: Cindy Bell (Pat), Cole Jackson (Ann), Robin Wehmeyer; his grandchildren: Brenna Troy (Steve), Cody Box, Nichole Williams, Breanne Williams, and Dusty, Taylor, and Shayla Wehmeyer; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Troy, Tatum Wehmeyer and Teal Wehmeyer; step-children: Lester Warzecha (Melissa), Anita Respondek (Jeff), and Stephen Warzecha (Mandy); step grandchildren, Kyle and Abbie Respondek, & Devon and Kaela Warzecha; brother, John Peck (Sandra); sister, Mary Sue Sais (Raymond); numerous nieces and nephews; special cousin, Katie Garrett.

Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He will be missed by his loving family, extended family, and many friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 6-8 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. at Finch Chapel with burial following at the Bundick Cemetery in Smiley, Texas. The retired Pastor Elaine Smith will officiate.
