Robert Villareal, of Austin, Texas, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sept. 25 at the age of 55, with his family by his side. Robert was born March 17, 1964, to Louisa Rios and Paul Villareal in Gonzales. He moved to Austin after he finished high school. He later met and married Christina Aguilar.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Christina Villareal; daughters Krystal Dispensa and Kristen Villareal, sons Robert Villareal Jr. and Alex Rios, and six granddaughters Ebony Gonzales, Marianna Gonzales, Brianna Gonzales, Arianna Rios, Amya Rios and Alexa Rios. He is survived by his sisters Molly Gonzales of San Marcos, Ruth Guerra (Arnold) of Gonzales, Anna Villareal of Gonzales, Mary Lou Gonzalez (Abel) of Marble Falls, brothers Rudy (Ester) of Gonzales, Edward (Carol) of Moulton, Richard (Maria) of Gonzales, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other living relatives and friends.
Robert is preceded in death by his beloved parents Paul and Louise Villareal, sisters Rosie Villareal, Connie Villareal and Mary Jane Herrera and brothers Paul Villareal Jr., Ruben Villareal and Rodney Villareal.
A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held later in Gonzales, Texas at the Saint James Cemetery.
