Stanley Luther Hahn, Jr., 65, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019. He was born July 21, 1954 in Gonzales to Stanley Luther Hahn, Sr. and Mildred Jones Hahn. Stanley married Helen Patricia Jalufka on December 21, 1973 in Gonzales. He was a member of the Gonzales First Baptist Church and the Gonzales High School Class of 1972.

Stanley accepted the Lord as his Savior at a young age and lived the rest of his life to attest to his faith. He enjoyed his profession as a Finance Manager working for several different companies throughout most of his life. Family domino sessions and golf outings were a few of his many favorite hobbies, not that either were played fairly. Stanley was an avid hunter and enjoyed taking his sons and grandson with him every opportunity he could. He spent countless hours on his tractor and in the garden to satisfy some of his retirement life. His family was the highlight of his life and many fun memories were made between each of them. Stanley was a humble man that loved deeply, protected fiercely, and gave endlessly.

Stanley is survived by his adoring family, wife, Helen Patricia Hahn of Gonzales, daughter and son-in-law, Christina Renee and Dennis Jahns of Gonzales, sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley Luther Hahn, III and Kristi of Rosenberg, John Wesley and Courtney Hahn of Gonzales, sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Jim DeCola of Gonzales, brother and sister-in-law, William and Ann Hahn of Gonzales, grandchildren, Brett Jahns, Alyson Jahns, Kenzie Hahn, Evan Jahns and Amelia Hahn. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday evening August 27, 2019 in Seydler-Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in the Gonzales First Baptist Church with Rev. David Davidson officiating. Interment will follow in the Belmont Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ray DeCola, Jarrett DeCola, Mark Jalufka, Brett Jahns, Jacob Tipp and Allen Netardus. Honorary pallbearers: Evan Jahns, Alyson, Jahns, Kenzie Hahn and Amelia Hahn.
