Victoria Aguilar Zepeda

 Victoria Aguilar Zepeda, born April 22, 1921, was called home by the Lord on July 10, 2016 at the age of 95. Victoria is preceded in death by her father, Tranquilino Aguilar; mother, Catarina Garcia; spouse, Luis; son, Raymond; daughters, Cruz Anasticia and Victoria Arcelia; sisters Juanita Rubio, Martina Coronado and Petra Martinez. She is survived by her sons, Luis A. Zepeda, Manuel D. Zepeda, Juan A. Zepeda; daughters Maria Luisa De La Cruz, Martha Ellen Montalvo; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Victoria was a resident of Nixon for 43 years. Widowed at a young age, she raised eight children on her own. She devoted her life to her family and God. Victoria will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Come join the Zepeda family as they celebrate, honor and pay tribute to an amazing woman. Services are Friday, July 15 with visitation at Texas Funeral Home Chapel, 2702 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78237 from 4-9 p.m. with rosary recited at 7 p.m. The funeral is at Holy Family Catholic Church, 152 Florencia Ave., San Antonio, Texas 78228 for a 9:30 a.m. mass on Saturday, July 16. Following mass, graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at Leakey Floral Cemetery, 222 E 3rd St., Leakey, Texas 78873.
