Barbara was born and raised in Moulton. She married soon after graduating high school and was blessed with three children. Barbara will be remembered as a quiet yet funny lady with a sweetness about her that endeared her to everyone she met.  he had a strong will and work ethic in raising her family as a single mom. Barbara lost a bit of her herself with the passing of each of her sons, but her amazing faith in God and love for her daughter kept her from succumbing to life’s tragedies. 1 Corinthians 13:13 reads: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” Barbara knew this scripture well, for throughout her life she persevered with faith, hope and love, and in the end, it was love that carried her through each day.
