This Saturday, April 12, it’s not just little piggies that will go to market as the first-ever Gonzales Come and Take It Makers Market will be held from 8 a.m. to noon at Texas Heroes Square.
Come and Take It Makes Market is a vibrant community event that will bring together local vendors, artisans and shoppers. It will feature fresh produce, local meats, handmade crafts, laser-engraved items, artisan vendors and more.
Vendors have already signed up to sell buffalo meat, wagyu beef, ice cream, fresh produce, crocheted items, embroidered hats, laser-engraved wood and more. Organizer are also looking for other talented creators, farmers and makers of all kinds to join them as vendors and artisans.
Food truck vendors are also being sought to help provide delicious eats, drinks and treats to shoppers. There is expected to be something for everyone at this market.
