Elton Joseph Brunkenhoefer

Elton Joseph Brunkenhoefer went to be with the Lord on September 17, 2022.  Elton was born August 16, 1941 in Shiner Texas to Fred and Francis Brunkenhoefer.  He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Ruth Koncaba and brother James Brunkenhoefer.  He was a devoted husband to wife Mary Dell Brunkenhoefer of 42 years and a loving father to three daughters Kristina Davis (Glenn), Melissa Drane (Bernie) and Amanda Arnaud.  Elton was also pawpaw to three grandchildren Rachel Fowler, Benjamin Harris and Katrina Bergstrom as well as 7 great grandchildren.  

Elton grew up in Gonzales Texas before serving in the United States Army as a heavy vehicle driver.  He loved to travel and visit the casinos, always laughing, joking and enjoyed entertaining others.  He was very loved and will be truly missed.
