GEDC meets tonight; could formalize plan to help city in covering costs from J.B. Wells settlement bond

The Gonzales Economic Development Corporation will meet today at 6 p.m. at the Gonzales Municipal Building.
Among the agenda items is a public hearing and possible action on "contractual commitment to pay annually to the City one-half of the debt service requirements on approximately $1,825,000 in principal amount of General Obligation Refunding Bonds to be issued by the City for the J.B. Wells Park land.
