GISD has new Facebook page

The Gonzales Independent School District has a new Facebook page, according to a video shared on the district website Wednesday, Nov. 18.

The new Facebook page has the full district name spelled out, where the previous one was titled, "Gonzales ISD." It can be accessed by clicking the Facebook symbol on the left hand bottom corner of the district's website, or here.

"If you are having any trouble receiving any Facebook posts from us, please go to our new website and click on either the Gonzales Independent School District heading there, to get the new information on the new face– not the new Facebook, but just a new link, to help update your Facebook page, or you can click on the symbol in the lower left hand corner," Superintendent John Schumacher said in the video.
