Guy Adam Piccola, 56, of West Frankfort, IL, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021. Guy was born September 18, 1965 in Dallas, TX to Joseph and Frances Manson Piccola. He was married to Terri White.

Guy grew up in Dallas spending much of his early youth exploring, fishing, and swimming in Turtle Creek. He was a free-spirited independent child who by the age of 10 was already finding work as a freelance busboy for pocket change. Guy let his heart lead him though life, a heart that sought real life experiences that would feed his wanderlust, independence, and authenticity. He lived life on the edge just as the phrase is interpreted, adventurous and perilous. Guy loved the challenge of living off the land and enjoying everything nature had to offer. Still there was much more to Guy, he was a brilliant man, a generous man, a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He enjoyed creating his own Italian based recipes and grilling outdoors. He dearly loved his dogs, red boned coonhounds Bella and Amari. Guy touched many lives in his 56 years and has left behind many smiles in the hearts of those he touched.

Guy Piccola is survived by his loving wife, Terri White of West Frankfort, IL, mother, Frances Pratt of New Braunfels, son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Tamera Piccola, granddaughter, Zyra Reign Piccola of Anna, IL, sister and brother-in-law, Piera and Ben Bergsten of New Braunfels, step-brothers, Jim Pratt and wife Sabrina of New Mexico, Rodney Pratt and wife Jennifer of Austin, Paul Pratt and wife Stella of Austin and Michael Pratt and wife Cheri of Jarrell, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and stepfather, Dan Pratt and brother-in-law, Phil McClain.

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Friday, November 19, 2021 in Gonzales Memorial Park with Pastor Jesse Elizondo officiating.
