Lady Apaches compete in Brazos tournament

The Gonzales Lady Apaches went back on the road for their final tournament of the season in Brazos Thursday, Dec. 12.
The Lady Apaches finished the tournament with a 2-2 record; beating Brazos, 48-34 and Caddo Mills, 55-34, and losing to Weimar, 54-52, and La Grange, 40-36.
Gonzales returned home Tuesday, Dec. 17 for a game against the Calhoun Sandies.
The Lady Apaches will close out 2024 on the road against Smithville, Friday, Dec. 20 and host Victoria West Monday, Dec. 30.
Gonzales will open up district play against the La Vernia Lady Bears Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.
The Smithville game tips off at 3:15 p.m.
The Victoria West tips off at 1:30 p.m.
The La Vernia game tips off at 1:30 p.m.
