She enjoyed going to help her husband! When it was time for Pablo to go mow yards, or feed cows, Marie was right there by his side. She was his sidekick. Marie had a vivacious and energetic personality; she was fierce and compassionate and always was there to help or care for someone when they needed it. She might have been tiny but feisty she was. She was a master in the kitchen and loved cooking for everyone that came through her door. She was well known for her amazing empanadas, her children always looked forward to that yummy goodness.

Marie enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards or a good ol’ game of Mexican Bingo. She loved to dance, and she would get down to some music.
