Mary Rodriguez

Mary Rodriguez, 88, of Nixon, Texas passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022 in Seguin, Texas. Mary was born on August 24, 1933 in Yorktown, Texas to Felix Sistos and Concepcion Cruz Sistos. Mary married Guadalupe Rodriguez, Sr. on August 22, 1950, who precedes her in death along with her parents; sons, Johnny Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., and Jimmy Rodriguez; daughter, Rosalinda Rodriguez; and daughter-in-law, Irene Rodriguez. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Joe Rodriguez (Anita), Nierma Rodriguez, Nancy Hernandez, Mary Molina, Norma Medina, Lucy Garcia (Robert), Hortencia Vela, and Sylvia Rodriguez; brother-in-law, Luis Rodriguez; brothers, Johnny Sistos, Manuel Sistos, and Raul Sistos; sister, Nico Navarro; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, 12:00pm-1:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon followed by the funeral service at 1:00pm. There will then be a formal procession to Nixon Latin American Cemetery for interment.
