The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs cross country finished strong at the Falls City meet Saturday, Sept. 21.
The varsity Lady Mustangs finished third overall in the girls’ division; Gabriela Castillo Limon and Olivia Jackson finished in the top 10.
The varsity Mustangs finished fifth place in the boys’ division; Jayven Robles and Dennison Kenn finished in the top 25.
The Junior High Mustangs took home first place overall in the boys’ division and the Junior High Lady Mustangs finished seventh overall.
The Nixon-Smiley cross-country teams will head to Luling for the Sandia City Invitational Saturday, Sept. 28.
