Nixon to celebrate ‘Miracle on Main Street’

The City of Nixon, in partnership with Nations Christian Fellowship, presents “Miracle on Main Street,” Saturday, Dec. 10, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with activities at the Nixon Community Center, 302 E. Central Ave., as well as along Main Street in Nixon.

A community lighted Christmas parade will begin at 6:30 p.m., with community participation encouraged. There will be a town Christmas with fun, activities, prizes, giveaways, food and so much more from 7:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Nixon Community Center.

Sign up to have an entry in the lighted parade, set up a booth and give away goodies to the community,

or simply bring the whole family out to enjoy the holiday event.
