Noon Lions presents Empty Bowl Project

The Gonzales Noon Lions Club will present their Gonzales Empty Bowl Project at the Gonzales Elk Lodge from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 on “Giving Tuesday” — the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

For $25 per person, you get your choice of a handcrafted pottery bowl, soup prepared by area restaurants, bread and a drink. There will be live music and a cash bar available. Tickets are available from any Gonzales Noon Lion. Drive-through service is available.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Gonzales Christian Assistance Ministries (GCAM) and Gonzales Meals on Wheels.
