Oscar Luera, 84, of Richmond, Texas, was born on November 4, 1936 in Waelder, Texas. He left this life to be with his Lord and loved ones on June 30, 2021.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 507 4th St., Richmond, Texas, 77469, with Mass at 10 a.m.
A remembrance mass will held in Waelder at a future date.
