Ray Gomez

Ray Gomez a loving husband, father and grandfather of Gonzales, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 12 at the age of 66. Mr. Gomez was born April 27, 1953 to Eugenio Gomez and Concepion Ramonos Gomez.

Mr. Gomez was married to Josephine M. Laredo and they had two children; Patrick Laredo and Florentina Laredo. He will be truly missed.

Mr. Gomez graduated from High School in Gonzales, Texas. He worked for 27 years as a cherry picker operator for the Gonzales Manufacturing Company.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Josephine M. Laredo. One son; Patrick Laredo and daughter in law; Roxanne Laredo. There four grandchildren; Ernie Martinez, Patrick, Ryan and Robbie Laredo. Three great-grandchildren; Kaylee, Krystani and Ezekiel Martinez. One daughter; Florentina Laredo, one granddaughter; Dana Lee Lopez, grandkids; Samuel Dakota Roque, Evangeline Luna Maciel and Devon Kane Lopez.

Brother; Jessie Gomez and wife Alice from Gonzales, Texas. Nephews; Luis Sanchez and wife Idame and family from Baytown, Texas. Rudy Sanchez and wife Lori and family from Austin, Texas. Daniel Sanchez and wife Kim and family from North Dakota. Larry Gomez and wife Connie and family from Gonzales, Texas, Edward Gomez and family from Tahoka, Texas. Victor and Frank Gomez and families from Kansas. Also, Jerry Gomez and Anthony Gomez. And a host of other relatives and friends.

Internment will be private.
