Rebecca (Rosas) Rodriguez

Rebecca (Rosas) Rodriguez, 56, of Gonzales, Texas passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020 after a long battle with cancer at the home of her daughter and surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services are under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Gonzales, Texas and was held on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020 at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation was from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Funeral Service began immediately following visitation. Cremation Rites followed.

Rebecca was born on Sept. 14, 1964 to Alex Ortiz and Delia (Arrellano) Rosas. Rebecca married Daniel Robert Rodriguez on Mar. 2, 1984 in Santa Anna California. She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She liked reading books and her Bible. She enjoyed her quiet while taking care of her flower garden.

Rebecca is survived by her loving husband of 33 years; Daniel, three sons; Joe Angel Navarro and his wife, Melissa of Gonzales, Texas, Johnny Cruz Navarro and his wife, Stevie of Ocean Side California, Jimmy Alexander Navarro and his wife, Kari of El Paso, Texas, three daughters; Danie Dae Moss and her husband, Joseph of Gonzales, Texas, Dominique Dion Cardenas and her husband, Juan of Gonzales, Texas, Mercedes Rodriguez and her husband Jessie Ramirez of Gonzales, Texas, two brothers; Jimmy A. Rosas, Sr. of Gonzales, Texas, Primitive I. Gonzales of Gonzales, Texas, six sisters; Lora Enriquez of Gonzales, Texas, Dianne Bishop and her husband, David of Polo Illinois, Asisla Rodriguez and her husband, Steven of Ballenger, Texas, Leticia Rosas of Gonzales, Texas, Syria Campos and her husband, Alex of Gonzales, Texas, Christalina Gonzales of Nebraska, eleven grandchildren; Tristen, Jon David, Lola, Samuel Eli, Christen, Alexzander, Bethenny, Abram, Cruz, Aribella, Liam, Sharp, Penelope, and Rafael, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Alex and Delia Rosas, and her son; Daniel Robert Rodriguez II.
