The Gonzales Inquirer is collecting first day of school photos of students in Gonzales County. 

E-mail photos to publisher@gonzalesinquirer.com.

For safety reasons:

• Please DO NOT post photos to our Facebook page!

• Only include your child's (or children's) FIRST NAME. We will NOT print last names or schools.

Photo tip

• If using a camera on a Smartphone, please be sure the photo quality is set to the BEST quality available. We cannot reprint in the paper photos set to "normal" or "low" settings. They may look great on the web, but they will not reprint well in the paper.

Nixon-Smiley CISD started classes Aug. 11

Waelder ISD starts Monday, Aug. 16

Gonzales ISD starts Thursday, Aug. 19

We will run all photos in an online gallery and selected photos in print of the next 2-3 weeks.
