Smiley Fall Festival – a bunch of ‘Hocus Pocus,’ too!

Saturday, Oct. 29, will be a fun time for the entire community as the Smiley-Bantam Activity Group holds their Fall Festival at the Smiley Fire Department from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The afternoon will have a pumpkin decorating contest (3 p.m.); kid’s games (3-5 p.m.); cake walk (4–5 p.m.); costume contest (5-6 p.m.); candy alley (6-7 p.m.) and a showing of Hocus Pocus 2 (7-9:30 p.m.).

There will be a first place winner for the best decorated car or space at candy alley, as well as free treats during the showing of Hocus Pocus 2, including hot dogs (chili or plain), popcorn, pickles, chips and water.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit and enjoy the movie. Rules for the pumpkin decorating contest are available on the SBAG Facebook page, with entries to be turned in no later than 3 p.m. with winners announced at 7 p.m.
