Tomasa O. Longoria

Tomasa O. Longoria, 90, of Granbury, entered the kingdom of God on Monday, April 25, 2022.  She was born December 28, 1931 in Yorktown to Francisco and Concepcion Sistos Ortiz.  She married Ysidro L. Longoria on November 10, 1961 in Karnes City.  She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She will always be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.  She will be dearly missed by all her loved ones and never forgotten. Our memories will be cherished forever.

She is survived by her son, Alex Segura, Jr. (Belda Garza) of Granbury; sisters, Pauline (Tomas) Trigo of Smithville and Estella Escobedo of Fresno; grandchildren, Melissa A. Segura, Kristie M. Chavarria, Alex Segura and Conception Segura and many great-grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ysidro L. Longoria; son, Juan Martin Longoria; sisters, Josephine O. Villa and Guadalupe O. Garcia and brothers, Juan Ortiz, Genovebo Ortiz, Trino Ortiz, Santos Ortiz and Guillermo Ortiz.  

Visitation will be held Friday, April 29, 2022, 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Nixon with the Rosary at 10:30 AM.  Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM with Father Praveen Lakkisepti officiating.  Interment will follow at Latin American Cemetery in Nixon.

Pallbearers include Joe Frank Trigo, Alex Segura, Javier Segura, Conception Segura, Eddie Escobedo, Anthony Puentes, and Edmundo Escobedo.
