Wildcats split games in tournament

The Waelder Wildcats went 3-2 in the Buffalo Christmas Tournament last week, beating Georgetown Gateway Prep 55-44, beating Aussie 1 60-48, losing to New Waverly 50-43 and Gateway prep 52-51 before beating West Harden 50-44.

The Wildcats travel to Weimar for an 11:30 a.m. game before hosting Round Top-Carmine on Tuesday, Jan. 7 to continue district play.
