William Earl Heller Jr., age 62, of Gonzales, Texas passed away on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021. William was born Jan. 24, 1959 in Del Rio, TX to Willie Ann Beeson and William Earl Heller, Sr.
William is survived by his wife, Mary Heller; son William Edwin Heller of Gonzales, Texas; son Dusty Lee Heller and fiancé April of Gonzales, Texas; son Bruce Evan Nicoletti, Jr. and wife Irene of Shiner, Texas; daughter Jackie Wegener and husband Darrin of Shiner, Texas; daughter Beth Brasher of Houston, Texas; daughter Loni Ideus and husband Chris of Meyersville, Texas; and daughter Nancy McCord and husband Brandon of Ezzell, Texas; mother Willie Ann Beeson of Smiley, Texas; brother Carl Eugene Heller and wife Nancy of Mexia, Texas; sister Barbara Jean Mansel and husband Robert of Sterling, Oklahoma; step brother Kenneth Canion and wife Mindy; and step brother Larry Canion with Alice.
William was preceded in death by his father William Earl Heller, Sr and step-father Cecil Canion; plus his sister Donna Marie Heller.
Mr. Heller also leaves 18 Grandchildren, one Great-Grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
Mr. Heller provided for his family as a truck driver. He loved spending time with his family and watching westerns on TV. In addition, he enjoyed taking his boat out to go fishing, plus tending to his cattle, and shredding with his tractor. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
A visitation occurred Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Buffington Funeral Home, Gonzales, Texas. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 1:30 p.m. at Pilgrim Cemetery 699 County Road 210, Smiley, Texas. Burial followed.
Serving as pallbearers are Tristin Heller, Derrick Davis, Camron Ideus, Anthony Garcia, Richard Grim, and Michael McKinney. Honorary pallbearers are Edwin Wiley, Carl Heller, Phillip Blue and Eddie Sheffield.
