Community learning opportunity offered by Gonzales CVB

The Gonzales Convention and Visitors Bureau welcomes the community to the upcoming Texas Travel Associations’ Lunch & Learn, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at the Riverside Community Center, 110 Saint Lawrence, Gonzales. The presentation will be from noon to 1 p.m.

This lunch and learn event will look at the hospitality industry in today’s market, offering an insight into the viable travel and tourism economies, which are known to be fiscally viable. The discussion will revolve around giving attendees an understanding of ways to maximize returns, harness community awareness, community investment strategies and create destination opportunities for the Gonzales community.

This event is being presented by Sarah O’Brien, community champion and destination expert, as well as Shane Sorenson, Director of Membership and Business Development.
