Gary Louis Fishbeck

Gary Louis Fishbeck, 68, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 21 after a long illness. He was born March 1, 1948 in Moulton to the late Louis and Sidonia Beran Fishbeck.

Survivors are wife of 48 years, Dorothy Fishbeck of Gonzales; daughters, Melissa Warzecha (Lester) of Smiley, Rebecca Ward (Jason) of Moulton, Michelle Keegan (Thomas) of Florida and Laura Zella (Wade) of Gonzales; 5 grandchildren, Jase Ehrig, Devon Warzecha, Kaela Warzecha, Kaitlyn Ward and Kamrynn Zella; sisters, Mabel Dierschke and Denise Kalischko; brothers, Mark Fishbeck and Michael Fishbeck.

Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Theresa Ehrig.

Private funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 24 at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home in Yoakum with Deacon Kenneth Fishbeck officiating. Burial was at Moulton City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lester Warzecha, Wade Zella, Jason Ward, Thomas Keegan, Devon Warzecha and Jase Ehrig.

Honorary pallbearers are Kaela Warzecha, Kaitlyn Ward, Kamrynn Zella and Bubba Ehrig.

Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
