Gonzales man shot at local business

A Gonzales man was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital Wednesday afternoon after being shot at a local automotive paint and body shop, the Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
Deputies responded to a call at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday that an adult male had been shot at Jeff’s Paint Auto & More. They were able to quickly apprehend the adult male subject believed to have been responsible for the attack.
The Texas Rangers are investigating the incident and have not released the name of the victim nor the assailant as of press time, according to the GCSO.
