Registration for Victoria College’s traditional Spring 2021 classes – those that lead to a degree, certificate or university transfer – will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 2 and run through 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7.

Eligible students can register online via the Pirate Portal or by scheduling an appointment with an advisor. Appointments can be scheduled by visiting VictoriaCollege.edu/Advising. Advising sessions can take place in person or remotely, but appointments are required.

Advisors at the Main Campus are available for appointments from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Advisors at the VC Gonzales Center are available for appointments from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

Victoria College will continue to offer five instructional methods during the Spring 2021 semester to provide students flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to traditional face-to-face, online and hybrid courses, Victoria College will offer real-time remote classes, which will meet virtually via WebEx at a regularly scheduled time, and an alternating method that will allow students to take classes face-to-face and remotely in real time.

Payment plans are available, with 25% due by noon on Nov. 20 for students who enroll during the first registration period; 25% due by noon on Dec. 18 for students who enroll during the second registration period; or 50% due by 5 p.m. on Jan. 7 for students who enroll during the third registration period. Students can also apply for financial aid and scholarships.

Administrative offices for Victoria College will be closed Nov. 22-28 for Fall Break, Dec. 20-31 for Winter Break, and Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day.

Due to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, visitors to any VC facility will be required to wear a facial covering, have their temperatures taken and pass a health screening before entering the facility. Social distancing will also be required.
