He previously worked for Holmes Foods and his most recent place of employment was truck driving for Ventura Energy Services. His hands were rough from the years of hard work, but through his strong work ethic he was able to provide a good life for his family.

He enjoyed the outdoors; being outside in the open air and keeping busy around his ranch gave him a great sense of pride that he never took for granted. On his downtime, Pancho enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, watching YouTube videos and singing to his favorite music. He also had the biggest sweet tooth; everyday he enjoyed a sweet treat, especially homemade from his wife Dolores. Pancho also enjoyed the valued company of his four legged-companions; Riley, Max, Rosie, Chanel and Michi.
