Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office gets new cadets

The Gonzales County Sheriff’s office proudly announced the swearing in of two new cadets. Simon Tumlinson and Jessie Ramirez both started their career with the Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office, working in the jail as correctional officers.

Both cadets were sponsored and successful completed all required courses at Victoria College Law Enforcement Academy for their career advancement. On Monday, Dec. 12, the Gonzales County Commissioners Court approved their deputations.

The sheriff’s office and community are grateful for the service of these new cadets, as well as all law enforcement staff and personnel, and welcome the new cadets into their new career paths with GCSO.
