Green Clover 4-Hers getting ready for Round-up

It’s April and that means District Round-up is upon us followed quickly by State 4-H Round-up! 

We have been planning State 4-H Round-up since last summer!  Our theme this year is ‘Electrify’!

State 4-H Round-up is such a great opportunity for everyone since we have many invitational contests that you do not have to qualify for!  These are fabulous learning opportunities to engage with other 4-Hers from across the state of Texas!  In addition to the invitational contests, we have many break-out sessions, a career fair, trade show and activities for 4-Hers and parents/volunteers.  These sessions and topics will be listed so you can select which interests you! 

Also, our evening activities are open to anyone who registers for them. Dynamic speakers will be followed by award ceremonies and the fun 4-H evening dances! This is a great time to see other kids from across the state and make new friends! Thursday night after closing ceremonies we will host Carson Jeffrey for a live concert and dance!

I would like to ask for your support of our state wide Community Service project.  We will be making self-care bags for women and children in shelters.  Please consider donating travel size deodorants an/ or 2 yard sections of fleece blanket material to make tie blankets during one of the activities at State 4-H Round-up.
