During the past weekend, senior Jaden Lee Flores took an exciting step toward his future, traveling to the Tulsa Welding School in Houston, Texas. Jaden competed in a high-stakes event with more than 300 participants, securing an impressive 17th place finish, showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication.
His performance is a testament to his hard work, talent, and the valuable education he's received through Gonzales High School's Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. Jaden expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity, stating, “I’m incredibly thankful for the support from Gonzales High School and the CTE program. This experience has been an incredible jumpstart to my welding career, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing in the field.”
