Lady Mustangs fall to Goliad in second district game

The Nixon-Smiley Lady Mustangs returned home for their second district game against the Goliad Lady Tigers Tuesday, Jan. 7.

The Lady Mustangs fell to the Lady Tigers, 43-16, and dropped to 0-2 in district play.

Nixon-Smiley will go on the road Friday, Jan. 10 alongside the Mustangs for a game against their rivals, the Stockdale Lady Brahmas and Brahmas.
The Lady Mustangs will return home Tuesday, Jan. 14 for a game against the Luling Lady Eagles.

The Luling and Stockdale games tip off at 6:30 p.m.
