It features video interviews with grief experts, along with widowed men and women who have lost a spouse. They offer helpful insights into what to expect in the days to come, how to deal with loneliness, and other practical tips on how to cope. Everyone who attends the seminar will receive a valuable guide which offers practical strategies, exercises, and encouraging words to help work through the effects and challenges of grief in a healthy way.
The next Loss of a Spouse seminar will be held Jan. 18 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Abiding Word Lutheran Church. Abiding Word, who is hosting the seminar, is located at 1020 St. Louis St. in Gonzales.
