Mustangs blow out Dilley on road

The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs earned a big road win, 83-38, over the Dilley Wolves Tuesday, Dec. 3.
The Mustangs outscored the Wolves by double-digit points in every frame; Nixon-Smiley scored in the 20s in three out of four quarters and 19 in the one they didn’t.
The Mustangs defense shutdown Dilley’s offense in the single digits in three out of four quarters.
Nixon-Smiley will return home Friday, Dec. 6 for a game against the McMullen County Cowboys and the Mustangs will go back on the road Tuesday, Dec. 10 against the Pleasanton Eagles.
The McMullen County game tips off at 6:15 and the Pleasanton game tips off at 7 p.m.
