Olde Town Texas hosting party to welcome new rescue donkey

To celebrate the arrival of its new rescue donkey, Ike, Olde Town Texas Historical Park will be hosting a welcome party from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 3.
The party has been billed as a "free family fun event," where there will be live music, food, and a children's poster contest with a cash prize.
Ike will be arriving from the Miracle Rescue Ranch, in Plantersville, Texas. The ranch specializes in the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption or sanctuary of at-risk horses, donkeys, and mules.
