Apaches close out non-district with loss to Fredericksburg

The Gonzales Apaches went on the road Tuesday, Jan. 7 for one last non-district game against the Fredericksburg Billies.

The Apaches fell to Fredericksburg, 51-35, to close out district play with a 9-13 record.

Gonzales will open up district play against the La Vernia Bears Friday, Jan. 10 at home.

The Apaches will continue their home stand with a game against their rivals, the Cuero Gobblers, Tuesday, Jan.14.

The La Vernia and Cuero games tip off at 6:30 p.m.
