Lady Apaches fall to Randolph on the road

The Gonzales Lady Apaches traveled on the road to Universal City for a game against the Randolph Lady Ro-Hawks Monday, Nov. 25.

The Lady Apaches Apaches and the Lady Ro-Hawks kept the game close in the first half, but Randolph outscored Gonzales, 16-5, in the third quarter.

The Lady Apaches quickly rallied from behind and senior Bella Aguero scored 12 out of the team’s 16 points in the fourth quarter.

Unfortunately, Gonzales fell to Randolph, 40-37, in the close contest.

The Lady Apaches returned home Tuesday, Nov. 26 for a game against Poth.

The Lady Apaches will go on the road Thursday, Dec. 5 for the Navarro tournament.

The Lady Apaches will return home Tuesday, Dec. 10 for a game against Giddings.
