The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs traveled to Moulton for their second tournament of the season Thursday, Dec. 12.
The Mustangs took home third place in the tournament with a 1-3 record; they beat Tribe, 81-35, and lost to Sacred Heart, 61-49, Moulton, 48-38, and Austin Royals Homeschool, 54-40.
Senior Tristen Mikesh and freshman Joe White were named All-Tournament by Moulton.
The Mustang return home for a game against the La Vernia Bears, Thursday, Dec. 19 and will close out 2024 with their home tournament Friday, Dec. 27 through Saturday, Dec. 28.
