Community Health Centers of South Central Texas hosted a memorable Grill & Chill picnic, dedicated to honoring the hard work and dedication of their over 255 employees who tirelessly care for patients across the five counties they serve. The event was a heartfelt gesture of appreciation for their exceptional efforts.

Baker Boys BBQ stepped up to the grill and prepared a mouthwatering feast of grilled chicken, brisket, and sausage, all served alongside delectable sides of potato salad and beans. This delightful spread was generously sponsored by Luling Chevrolet, showing support for the cause.

The Boy Scouts of America Scout Masters took charge of grilling up hotdogs and hamburgers, while the Boy Scouts themselves served the food, ensuring all guests were well-fed and taken care of throughout the event. They made sure everyone stayed hydrated, keeping the cheerful atmosphere going strong.

The day was filled with endless fun and excitement for all attendees. There were plenty of activities to keep both young and old entertained. The children enjoyed train rides, a dunking station, basketball, swimming, mechanical ball, and a bounce house – a true playground of joy!

The opportunity to express heartfelt appreciation to our devoted staff made the event an amazing adventure. Seeing everyone come together, bonding over laughter and smiles, was a testament to the strong sense of community within our organization.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to this memorable day and made it a resounding success. It's through the dedication of our employees that we can continue to provide exceptional care to our patients, and we are immensely grateful for their unwavering commitment. Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey of caring and compassion.
