Congressman Michael Cloud in town for Come and Take It

U.S. Congressman Michael Cloud, R-Victoria, will visit Gonzales during the Come and Take It celebration.

He will participate in the parade Saturday, Oct. 7, and plans to hold an impromptu “Town Meeting” at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the Alcalde Hotel. In the interim, everyone is invited to come and enjoy an “All American Dinner” of hot dogs and lemonade at the hotel.

During lunch, you will have the opportunity to meet, and speak, with Rep. Cloud. The lunch begins at 1 p.m. and is sponsored by the Gonzales County Republican Party. There is no charge for the lunch, but contributions would be appreciated.
